The purpose of the SAPC Bylaws is to provide the structural framework, outline operating guidance, and general code of conduct for the establishment and operation of the Southern Arabian Peninsula Chapter (SAPC) of the International Association of Drilling Contractors, (IADC),www.iadc.org.
Consistent with the IADC Red Thread program, the SAPC discussion forums shall provide the environment to initiate the catalysts that will lead to improved industry performance through enhanced operational integrity and better cross-industry regulation.
