Kenny Adams, Vice Chair of the IADC Southern Arabian Peninsula Chapter, is the Head of QHSSET for the Eastern Hemisphere Land Division at Helmerich & Payne (H&P). With extensive leadership experience across the Middle East, Africa, and the UK North Sea, he has served in roles including Regional HSSET Manager, Regional Manager for Africa and Mobile Drilling Units, and HSEQT Manager. A Chartered Member of the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health for 22 years, Kenny holds multiple specialist qualifications in Human Factors, Training & Competence, Crisis & Emergency Management, Civil Protection, and Fire Engineering. He brings deep expertise in safety, operational excellence, and workforce development to the Chapter.
Mark Milne is a senior drilling operations leader with over 40 years of global offshore experience and currently serves as the Chair of the IADC Southern Arabian Peninsula Chapter. Based in Dubai as Director of Operations at Vantage Drilling, he oversees the company’s Managed Jack-up fleet and Deepwater assets. Mark began his career as a Roustabout in the North Sea and progressed to Offshore Installation Manager before moving into senior onshore leadership roles across Canada, Brazil, Africa, the North Sea, and the Middle East. He has also contributed to major industry initiatives through Step Change in Safety, the IADC Training and Well Control Committees, and the OPITO International Board bringing deep operational expertise and a strong commitment to safety, performance, and industry collaboration.

Andrew Stratton is the General Manager of IRE, leading business growth and operational excellence for over a decade. He also serves as Information Coordinator for the IADC Southern Arabian Peninsula Chapter, where he supports digital transformation, membership growth, and industry engagement initiatives.
Christianne Reyes is an experienced marketing and administration professional with over 18 years in the energy and consulting sectors in the UAE. She currently serves as Marketing, Events & Administration Manager for the IADC Southern Arabian Peninsula Chapter, where she is the Chapter’s sole employee working alongside a dedicated team of volunteers. Throughout her career, Christianne has held diverse roles spanning sales, HR coordination, executive support, and graphic design at leading companies including NOV, Borr Drilling, Transocean, and Lamprell Energy. Her broad expertise and commitment to excellence continue to support the Chapter’s growth, member engagement, and industry impact.
Ashley Anderson is a member of the Leadership Team at Olympus Marine Services, a Drilling Crew Management Contractor. With 14 years of experience in the Oil and Gas industry, including 10 years in the Middle East. Ashley serves the IADC SAPC as the Workgroup Coordinator.
William Devoto is the Managing Director of Safar Oilfield Supplies, where he leads the company’s oilfield equipment distribution operations across the Middle East and Central Asia. Based in the UAE, William brings extensive experience in business leadership and regional supply chains within the drilling sector. He previously served for nine years as Treasurer of the IADC Southern Arabian Peninsula Chapter and has returned as Interim Treasurer, contributing his experience and longstanding knowledge of the Chapter in a voluntary capacity.
Gareth Burrows is an accomplished commercial leader with more than 25 years of experience in the marine and energy sectors. He serves as Global Commercial Director and Regional Director for Asia Pacific at Allrig, where he focuses on driving strategic growth, service excellence, and commercial innovation. In addition to his corporate role, Gareth contributes to industry collaboration as Secretary of the IADC Southern Arabian Peninsula Chapter, bringing his longstanding leadership experience to support the Chapter’s initiatives and regional advancement.
Doug McEwan is an accomplished energy industry executive with over two decades of international experience across operations, marketing, and supply chain leadership. He currently serves as Director of Marketing and Contracts for the Middle East and Asia Pacific at Borr Drilling, where he leads strategic commercial initiatives across the region. Alongside his industry roles, Doug is keen to explore and evaluate emerging AI solutions for the drilling sector — from vision-based safety systems and multi-machine control of downhole operations to business automation and efficiency improvements. He also volunteers as Vice Chairman of the IADC Southern Arabian Peninsula Chapter, supporting collaboration and advancement within the regional drilling community
Mario Leopizzi, Vice Chair of the IADC Southern Arabian Peninsula Chapter, is the HR Director at Shelf Drilling, overseeing global HR operations across the company’s offshore drilling activities. With nearly 20 years of industry experience—including roles in Operations, HSE, HR, and two years working offshore—Mario brings a grounded understanding of both people and rig operations. He has been an active leader within IADC-SAPC as Co-Chair of the Mental Health Workgroup, where he helped develop and launch the Chapter’s Mental Health Charter and has presented and participated in multiple chapter sessions. Mario is committed to strengthening member engagement and supporting the continued growth and relevance of the Chapter.
